Wisse Trooster

An elegant ‘technical’ bag recognizable by the pattern in which the wood is cut. The cut pattern transforms the normally stiff wood, into a highly flexible material. The clean exterior is complemented by the leather interior with sleek lines. Plaat is the result of a collaboration between two industrial designers, and menswear designer Dewi Bekker for qoowl.

Presented at Dutch Design Week in 2013, at Milan design week in 2015 and at the “Sempering” exhibition at the Mudec museum in 2016 for the 21st Milan Triennale Exhibition “Design after design”
